How To Change a Court Order as Part of Your Juvenile Case

California attorney Vincent W. Davis wants to walk you through the steps of how to change something that was court ordered as part of your juvenile case.

The judge may have ordered certain visitation rules, custody arrangements, and other items as part of your juvenile dependency case, and you want to know if you can change these orders.
Well, it is possible to change some things. In order to do this, you need to file a 388 petition form with the court. This tells the court you're looking to modify something in your court order and need your case reviewed. It's a good idea to get an experienced attorney involved to help you fill out this form properly and ensure all the right documents and evidence you need to prove your case gets to the court and is handled correctly. Your case is then handled either by a judge, or even by the attorneys on both sides of the case. Watch the video to learn more.
